ABOUT HARRY COFF

In his 14 years of practice, Harry E. Coff has been involved in a wide variety of cases, both as a defendants’ and as a plaintiffs’ or claimants’ attorney.

  • Airline disaster (plane crash) litigation (insurance defense)
  • General accidents, slip and fall, etc. (insurance defense and plaintiff)
  • Motor vehicle accidents (insurance defense and plaintiff)
  • Commercial/industrial construction design defect and workmanship claims
  • Estate, trust and related litigation
  • Workers’ compensation
  • Subrogation and collections, including bonds, notes and indemnification agreements (plaintiff, for banks, sureties, insurance companies, etc.)
  • Contract disputes of many different varieties

Harry E. Coff, Jr., is a graduate of Mesa State College (1977); the University of Colorado, Boulder (1984); Lewis & Clark College, Northwestern School of Law, Portland OR (1986); and the University of Denver, College of Law (1988) Juris Doctor.

Bar Admissions: Colorado Supreme Court, 1989; U.S. District Court, District of Colorado, 1990; Wyoming Supreme Court - pro hac vice, 1994; Wyoming District Court, Casper and Hot Springs Counties - pro hac vice, 1992-1995.

Formerly with Tilly & Graves, P.C. of Denver, CO., and Reams, Coff & Majors P.C., of Grand Junction, he opened his own law office in the year 2000.
 

 

In his spare time, Mr. Coff continues
to pursue his passion of floating
wilderness rivers by raft or dory.
